These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NordTraders website and software (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, checking the subscription risk acknowledgement, or electronically accepting the Live Trading Agreement, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Nothing on this website or in the NordTraders platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. NordTraders is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. Signals and reports are informational and educational only. You trade at your own risk.

The Service provides algorithmically generated trade ideas, analytics, journaling tools, and optional integrations with third-party brokers. NordTraders is not authorised as a financial institution, investment firm, or payment institution in Denmark or elsewhere.

Trading equities and related instruments — including leveraged or margin products where available through your own broker — involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all invested capital. Leverage can magnify gains and losses. Past performance, backtests, and historical signals do not guarantee future results.

You represent that you understand these risks and that you are legally permitted to trade the instruments you select. You will not rely on the Service as your sole basis for investment decisions.

We do not guarantee profits, signal accuracy, timeliness, uptime, or that any idea will be profitable. Market data may be delayed or incomplete.

You remain solely responsible for every trading decision, order placement, position sizing, and compliance with laws applicable to you.

Live mode may route instructions to your connected broker account. You authorise such routing only after accepting the current Live Trading Agreement version. Broker balances, margin, fees, and settlement are solely between you and the broker. You must keep API credentials confidential.

Automation (cron, Telegram, auto-ideas) on a Live book is disabled by default. Enabling it is at your own risk.

Paid access is billed via Stripe. Fees are shown at checkout. You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Trials and promotional pricing may change with notice on the pricing page. Danish consumers retain mandatory rights under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act and related rules where applicable.

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, resell signals, abuse APIs, or use the Service for unlawful market manipulation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

Software, branding, and generated reports remain NordTraders's property or licensors'. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal or internal business use while your subscription is active.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NordTraders is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, delayed or failed notifications, platform outages, or failures of third-party brokers, data vendors, or payment providers.

Except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Danish law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

We may receive compensation from brokers, platforms, or partners we mention or link to. Such relationships are disclosed where material; they do not change that we do not execute trades for you.

Third-party data, brokers, and OAuth providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion by emailing contact@nordtraders.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Copenhagen, Denmark shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer venue rules that may apply to you if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA.

If you are a consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Danish consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new contract version; continued use or renewed acceptance may be required for Live features. The effective version is shown when you accept Live trading.
